Universal Studios Orlando
Take the stress out of going to Universal with this convenient 1-day admission ticket that also includes transportation from Miami to Orlando and back. You’ll travel to Orlando in the comfort of an air-conditioned motorcoach, and spend the day at Universal. After your day of fun, board the bus for a relaxing ride back to your hotel in Miami.
Prior reservation with CitySightseeing needed. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm reservation pick-up location, date and time. Customers that are staying at other areas of the city must go to the nearest centrally located hotel to get the transportation to Orlando. This is a shared-ride transportation and the buses will make stops to pick-up and drop-off other passengers. All times are approximate and exact time is not guaranteed due to circumstances out of company’s control such as traffic, weather, road constructions, events in the city, etc. We pick up the guests at their hotels, then head to Orlando. Once we arrive in Orlando (Main Station), guests are distributed among different vehicles, depending on the park that they booked. The final transfer is done on a different vehicle from the one that was used to bring them from Miami to Orlando. When returning to Miami, a similar procedure takes place: Guests are picked-up at the parks and taken to the Main Station in Orlando, being distributed into different vehicles dependingon their final destination and then sent to Miami. We strongly recommend that passengers do not schedule important events / flights on the same day of the tour.
Dates & Times
TOUR LENGTH Approx. 16 hours. Can be more depending on customer pick-up/drop-off location and traffic.
Daily, starting at 4:45am. This is the time the bus starts picking passengers up. The time the bus will pass by the passenger’s hotel will depend on its location along the pick-up route and the Approximate time will be informed on the confirmation of the reservation.

Hotel pick-up is available from centrally located hotels in Downtown and Miami Beach areas. Hotels in Kendall area: Marriott Dadeland, located at 9090 S. Dade Blvd at 4:45am Hotels in Hialeah Area: Ramada Inn Hialeah, located at 1950 W. 49th Street at 5:00am Hotels in the Airport Area: Airport Regency, located at 1000 Le Jeune Road, at 5:15am / if staying in the airport area Hotel Pickup is available with room number. Hotels in Downtown Area: Holiday Inn Port of Miami, located at 340 Biscayne Blvd, at 5:30am / if staying in the Downtown area Hotel Pickup is available with room number. Hotels in the Miami Beach Area: pickup starts at 6:00am; pickup time will depend on Hotel location. For further North Hotels the Ramada Marco Polo, located at 19201 Collins, at 6:30am Hotels in Hollywood Florida: Dennis Restaurant located on i95 and Sheridan / 2541 North 29th ave, Hollywood, FL 33021, at 6:45am
For customers that have already received their CUSTOMER RECEIPT via email from email@example.com, this is already the ticket. Please print this customer receipt and present it on board the bus. For customers that DO NOT have the customer receipt, with at least 1 day in advance, please exchange the voucher (received from the company you purchased the ticket from) for a ticket on board any CitySightseeing Miami bus or at any CitySightseeing Miami Sales Kiosk (located onBiscayne Blvd & NE 4th street, Biscayne Blvd & NE 3rd street, and Biscayne Blvd & NE 2nd street). Print at Home
Unless stipulated in the booking process all bookings require customers to print their voucher off in order to be exchanged for entry to the attraction or tour. We cannot guarantee entry without a printed voucher and will not be able to cancel or refund customers who do not print the vouchers and therefore can't gain access to the venue or tour.
If you cannot print your voucher off for any reason please contact us before arriving at the venue.
