I ordered Louvre x 3 tickets via your website for a trip we are doing to Paris early July. It was a very easy transaction to order, pay and receive my vouchers via email and when I arrive in Paris I have to find Paris Story and swap my vouchers for actual tickets to gain entrance to the Louvre. This is a bit frustrating that I have to go to another venue to actually get my tickets and a shame that I just can't present my vouchers the way you can do with many other suppliers when purchasing tickets online. As yet I haven't used the vouchers I have purchased so I can't confirm at this stage that everything was smooth sailing so to speak. I have my fingers crossed that there will not be any hiccups whatsoever on exchange of the vouchers and or entry to the Louvre.

It was not worth buying the ticket in advance as it is equally time taking to get the tickets from the collection point
