I cannot possibly say enough good things about this place!!! Worth every single penny!! My kids (5 & 7 ) loved it, as did I (and possibly more than they did!!!) what an incredible place- it was fun, educational, exciting, clean, unique and safe! The whole experiment from the very start of picking up the boarding tickets to immigration "back to London" was amazing. There is no way you can do everything in one trip which is a good thing but I didn't realize that at The beginning and had I realized I would have looked at the map and chosen the things that we want to do rather than just doing what was around us and then not having enough time to do other activities. I'm sure we will go again though so it's not a problem! Really the most incredible outing that I've been on with the kids, we left truly buzzing and the kids fell asleep in the car they were so exhausted! Highly recommended to absolutely anyone with kids we loved the place!

Brilliant experience and concept for the kids. The chants of 'we are police, we're hear to keep the peace' from children marching around wont go away soon! The staff were generally good and the set up is truly amazing - proper wow factor! Felt there was room for improvement though 1. When we went it wasn't as busy we were told by some parents who have come before however the queue times and inbetween set up times were quite long (on average 30 mins) which is quite long for the younger children. 2. One of the goals was to get a credit card but many of the experiences did not pay or charge through the card so we had to go back to an atm or bank to get cash out before they could go back to the attractions, at least 3 places told us their card machine was not working 3. Some of the experiences closed 30-40 mins before the closing time, our time slot was 3.30-7.30 but many had already closed (the wrap making closed by 7.15 we waiting 20 mins whilst the children were already in there, then we were told set up would take 10 mins but took over 20 mins, felt some staff could have worked a lot faster but everything seemed to happen at a slow pace) unfortunately we didn't end up doing it as the children moved out of line to gets some water and others went in front of them :( ) 4. The concept isn't explained well (passports can be purchased for £5 (real money) but they then give you the ability to get paid more and charged less for experiences, no one told us this we just saw others using them and asked. The passports look like real ones, have a proper photo and details and you then get stamps. Getting the passports took ages even though there was only 1 ahead of us it took about 10-15 mins for each child to get their passports issued, we had 3 children with us so it felt like a long process. The passports themselves are worth it as a momento but the wallets cost an eye watering £10 we didn't purchase them! 5. Whilst most of the staff were amazing there were a few that were a bit intimidating, not very friendly and straight faced - it's a kids experience and considering many parents leave their children the standard should be higher (if you're not great with kids or don't have the patience don't work where you have to entertain kids it's pretty simple!) 6. 4 hours is not long enough for this experience. We didn't have any lunch or snack breaks but only managed 7 experiences per child due to the waiting times, it would be good if there was a sign to say when each session has started, especially the ones that have a longer duration because although a guide time is given as to the length of time an experience will take it doesn't tell you when the current session started so you never know how long you will need to wait and can't plan to go to another seasion in between. 7. The cost of adults is too high considering adults can't actually do anything it's a bit of a rip off. We had young children 4, 5 and 7 year old so we had to have adults with them. The adult cost is £16.50 and kids just under £30, we had 4 adults and if we had known we would have known we would not have paid extra for the additional adult as we got adults go free with kids offer through 365tickets. I would have been gutted if we had paid £16.50 each for all the adults! Would we do this again? Definitely however we would be more savvy about which activities the kids did first, also we would be more likely to go for an earlier time slot as too many of the more hands on activities closed well before the official closing time so we did feel a bit cheated. We would also not 'lose time' with passport and credit card issuing next time as we have them now and can reuse them next time. Hats off to most of the staff though, it's not an easy job been responsible for so many children and not all kids are well behaved!
