The process was fine - no wait. But the experience was disappointing. It's a nice idea, but I wouldn't recommend it. Way too expensive for what it is.

The london eyer was great the 365 people very helpful- but we had a problem when handing in the voucher because we had more than 40 people and 365 tickets had not informedn the ticket booth. We got in, but there was a long discussion,

We though that as we had booked a time we would go on then but luckily we turned up early and asked at the "fast track". When we showed him our ticket he told us that we would have to go and pickup our proper tickets and that booking a time didn't qualify us getting on then. He suggested that as it wasn't very busy we go on before. As the weather wasn't great we didn't have to queue for long but the question I am asking is 'why have a website that allows you to book a time, when you cannot be guaranteed it?' We were lucky but some days the queues are extremely long and had it been one of those I would not have been very amused!

Great family day out. Funnily enough, 45 minutes in the queue added to the excitement and anticipation for the kids.

Very simple system and slightly cheaper than the entrance fee on the door, as it were. Queues were the same though, as this is just a token. I would use again.
